What We Collect

SplitsWorkout.com collects anonymous usage data through Google Analytics — including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic region. We cannot identify individual visitors from this data. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal information unless you submit the contact form.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie to remember your dark/light theme preference. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for traffic measurement. Google AdSense may set cookies to serve relevant advertisements. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Opting out of advertising cookies is available at adssettings.google.com.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense may serve personalised ads based on your browsing history. Our ads.txt file (accessible at /ads.txt) lists our authorised advertising partners. We do not control which specific ads are shown on any given visit.

Workout Builder Data

Workouts created using the Workout Builder are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser data will remove saved workouts.

Contact Form

Information submitted through the contact form (name, email, message) is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add contact form submissions to mailing lists or share them with third parties.

Third-Party Services

Google Analytics — anonymous traffic measurement. Google AdSense — advertising. Google Fonts — typography. Each service is governed by Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your Rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR including access to and deletion of personal data. Since we collect no personally identifiable information from visitors, there is generally no personal data to manage. Contact us via the contact page with any privacy questions.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page. Continued use of SplitsWorkout after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
